Supporting your physical and mental well-being
Our dental plan through Delta Dental covers preventive dental care — including regular cleanings and X-rays — at 100 percent with no deductible, and helps you pay for other dental services.
Liberty offers two medical plans through Blue Benefit Administrators. Both plans offer 100 percent coverage for preventative care and 24/7 access to affordable virtual care through a partnership with Teladoc. Our medical benefits also include robust prescription drug coverage.
Our vision care provides benefits for eye exams, prescription eyeglasses and contact lenses. Team members enjoy more value and the lowest out-of-pocket costs.

With our flexible spending accounts, team members can set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible out-of-pocket healthcare or dependent care expenses throughout the year. Liberty also makes annual contributions toward Health Savings Accounts.
Liberty offers six weeks of paid parental bonding leave at 100 percent of your salary. This benefit extends to 12 to 14 weeks of paid time off for maternity leave.
