6th Street Place is a six-story affordable housing development in Los Angeles, delivering 94 residential units for low- and very low-income households along with ground-floor commercial space. The project also includes a subterranean parking structure, community spaces, landscaped courtyard areas, and on-site supportive services.
Liberty provided general requirements and specialty support services, including hoist systems, modular unit setting assistance, rough carpentry, drywall installation, and equipment coordination. The work supported expedited delivery of the project through a modular construction approach, requiring precise sequencing, vertical access planning, and coordination within a dense urban site.
Executed under the Los Angeles HHH Project Labor Agreement, the project required collaboration to meet community-driven delivery objectives.
