The Chicken Ranch Casino Resort is a new nine-story, 756,000-square-foot gaming and hospitality destination at the base of California’s Table Mountain. The development includes a 100,000-square-foot casino floor, a 197-room hotel, rooftop pool and fitness center, dining venues, and conference and event space.
Liberty delivered specialty installation and site support services across the resort, including expansion joint covers, architectural millwork, corner guards, permanent fencing, fire extinguisher cabinets and fire extinguishers (FEC/FE), and pool patio foundations and columns.
Set against the rugged hillside landscape of Jamestown, the resort’s location introduced unique logistical and sequencing challenges. Liberty’s scope was executed with careful coordination and attention to detail, contributing to the successful delivery of this landmark gaming destination.
