Integrated Command & Communications Center at Lightspeed

The Integrated Command & Communications Center at Lightspeed supports critical operations for Miami-Dade County, housing emergency response and public safety departments such as Emergency Management, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, and Miami-Dade Police.

The project includes construction of a new 12-story, 870,000-square-foot office and structured parking facility, with more than 1,600 parking spaces and approximately 300,000 square feet of office space, along with renovation and expansion of an existing 100,000-square-foot facility. A protected second-floor pedestrian bridge connects the new structure to the existing operations center, requiring careful coordination within an active public safety environment.

Liberty is delivering support across concrete, general requirements, equipment, and All Access scopes. The work includes placing approximately 40,000 cubic yards of concrete for the new structure and 2,100 cubic yards for the renovation.
