One High Line is a 25-story luxury residential tower along Manhattan’s iconic High Line corridor, constructed within a dense and highly trafficked urban environment.
Liberty provided general requirements and specialty support services. The scope included interior fit-out of an underground electrical vault, installation and testing of a 600-pound watertight vault door, installation of a needle beam scaffold system along the High Line Plaza walkway, and localized saw cutting to accommodate construction of a new stair connection between the elevated plaza and street level.
Executed adjacent to an active public park and pedestrian corridor, the work required disciplined coordination, public safety planning, and precise sequencing to support construction activities without disruption.
