Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Expansion

The 1.5 million-square-foot expansion of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino transformed the property into a premier hospitality and entertainment destination, anchored by the iconic 36-story, 638-room guitar-shaped hotel.

Liberty self-performed extensive concrete scopes across multiple components of the phased expansion, including the guitar tower; a 7,000-seat, 350,000-square-foot amphitheater; low-rise casino expansion and renovation; meeting room additions; and related site improvements. Work included foundations, shear walls, post-tension decks, slab-on-grade, slab-on-metal deck, battered columns, and tie beams.

Delivered in carefully sequenced phases, the project required disciplined coordination and execution within an active guest environment while supporting large-scale vertical and structural construction.
