South Station Redevelopment

The South Station Redevelopment created a 51-story, Class A mixed-use tower directly above Boston’s historic South Station rail and bus terminal — one of the busiest transportation hubs in New England. The project also included the addition of structured parking levels built over the existing terminal infrastructure.

Liberty provided access, logistics, and site support services throughout construction, including high-rise vertical access systems, general conditions labor, specialty installations, and architectural finish support. The team completed work across multiple shifts within an active rail and transit environment, requiring disciplined coordination to maintain safety, efficiency, and uninterrupted transportation operations.
